Can I browse or search other members?

No. Dysire has no member directory, no search and no swiping. Every introduction is made manually by our review team after both members are verified.

How long does verification take?

Most applications are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Your dashboard shows your live status: Pending verification, Active — awaiting match, or Declined with a reason you can correct and resubmit.

Do you store my ID document?

No. Instead of uploading a passport or driver's licence, you complete a short live camera check in the browser. It is compared against your profile photos and retained only as long as verification requires.

Who can see my photos?

Only our review team, and a member you have been matched with. A recommended member sees a first name, age, city and a short bio — never your contact details, surname or full profile.

When can I message a match?

Only after an admin approves the match and both members accept the introduction. Chat happens inside Dysire; contact details are released only when both sides say yes.

What roles can I apply as?

What if a match makes me uncomfortable?
